We pick up our passengers from their respective hotels at approximately 8:30am, after which we head directly to the Sacred Valley of the Incas, on the Vilcanotariver. The first stop is the archaeological site “Pisaq”. After the ruins, we go to the massive artisan market in the town of Pisaq, where we have the opportunity to understand various customs of the towns inhabitants as well as shop. After Pisaq, we had to the town of Urubamba, where we can eat lunch in a local restaurant (not included).
In the afternoon, we visit the archaeological site of “Ollantaytambo,” which was constructed to guard entrance to this part of the valley and protect it from impending invasions from the Amazonian populations. Here we have the opportunity to walk around the cobblestone streets of the town and visit the ruins.
On our way back to Cusco, we make a stop at the picturesque town of “Chinchero,” where we can see the remains of the hacienda of Tupac Inca Yupanqui. You will get to admire the well preserved Muro Inca (walls constructed by the Incas) in the main plaza as well as visit the beautiful colonial temple, built on top of the base of an old Inca building.

or S/ 70.00 for students. This price includes entrance to all
archaeological sites on the tour.
